1. Trajeto interno e externo:
O meridiano começa no ângulo lateral do olho e cruza a têmpora. Toma sentido ascendente até a fronte, e desce pela região posterior da orelha onde no ponto VB20. Vai para a região cervical (VG14), segue para a região supraclavicular até o E12, penetra no tórax, atravessa o diafragma, entrando no Fígado e Vesícula biliar, segue pelos flancos, contorna os genitais e segue para o quadril, região sacra, descendo pela face lateral da coxa, joelho, perna e termina no 4º dedo do pé.

2. Meridianos Secundários:

Meridiano Tendinomuscular: origina-se na extremidade do 4º dedo do pé, no ponto VB44.

Meridiano Luo Longitudinal e o Transversal: originam-se na perna, no ponto VB37.

Sintomas do meridiano: impotência funcional e dor muscular no trajeto, lombalgia, parestesia na face lateral da coxa e da perna.

Sintomas de alterações energéticas: dor torácica, vômitos, boca amarga, dor nos flancos,
discinesia biliar, dor na cintura.
