1. Trajeto Interno e Externo:

Inicia-se na margem ungueal ulnar do 4º dedo da mão, sobe pelo dorso da mão entre o 4º e o 5º metacarpos, continua pela face dorsal entre os ossos rádio e ulna, e segue pelo olécrano e pela face póstero-lateral do braço até o ombro. Vai até a coluna vertebral da região cervicotorácica, onde se encontra com o meridiano Curioso Du Mai no ponto VG14. Desce pela região supraclavicular. Um ramo sai do VC17 indo para a fossa supraclavicular, para o pescoço e depois para a orelha, desce para a mandíbula e sobe para a margem infraorbital. Vai, então, para o osso zigomático até a região infra-orbitária. Da região auricular, sai um ramo que penetra a orelha interna e depois se exterioriza anteriormente à orelha externa onde se une ao meridiano do Intestino Delgado. Cruza com o meridiano da Vesícula Biliar, no ponto VB3, e atravessa a maxila, para terminar no canto lateral do olho, no ponto TA23.

2. Meridianos Secundários:

Meridiano Tendinomuscular origina-se na extremidade do 4º dedo da mão no ponto TA1.

Meridiano Luo Longitudinal e o Transversal: originam-se no punho, no ponto Luo TA5.

Sintomas do meridiano: impotência funcional dos músculos situados no trajeto, surdez, tontura, otalgia, dor constritiva do ombro, dor e inflamação da garganta, dores maxilar e mandibular, olhos avermelhados, cervicalgia, ombralgia e braquialgia.

Sintomas de alterações energéticas: distensão abdominal, sensação de plenitude no baixo ventre, enurese, polaciúria, edema, poliúria.

É utilizado no tratamento: de afecções da região temporal, olhos, orelhas, garganta, regiões cervical e dorsal, e doenças febris.
